Length: 3.1 miles long

A small perennial stream on the west side of the Schell Creek Range, 33 miles north of McGill.

Big Indian Creek isn't a well-known stream, but historically has served as an important source of freshwater. This small, brushy stream holds a fair population of Brook trout with a defunct campground formerly run by the U.S. Forest Service. Signed as "Big Indian Cr" from US 93.
